No. You pay for labour and a R400 travelling fee, plus any parts. Our hourly rate is available on request, and quotations are free.

Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 17:00. Saturday work is by prior arrangement. We are not a 24-hour service.

Our average response time is 1 to 2 hours during working hours. We prioritise urgent jobs such as burst pipes, burst geysers and power faults.

We cover about 20 km around our base in Maryvale, including Sandton, Randburg, Rosebank, Bedfordview, Edenvale, Germiston, Fourways and Midrand. Not sure about your suburb? Call us and ask.

Yes. Supa Nova does both, so a job that needs both trades, like a geyser that trips the power, is handled in one visit.

Yes. We inspect, repair and certify for electrical COCs and plumbing COCs, for property sales and new installations.
